We All Need Somebody to Lean On

IMG_3785Although sometimes it might seem like it, we don’t have to face our fears alone. Yes, people say “Hashem is here” but they may not feel it, not deep down inside.

By exploring the root of our fears, learning how to elevate them, and using the Tzaddik’s proven techniques to strengthen our relationship with Hashem, over time we’ll find our anxiety begins to dissipate. We learn how to rely on our spiritual strength throughout our lives. We’ll gain awareness that Hashem is truly with us.

Tonight, Monday, February 8th, at 8 pm (EST), come explore some uniquely-Breslov approaches to understanding your fears and transforming them into peace of mind and even joy.

This is a free, online class for women at BreslovCampus.org based on the teachings of Rebbe Nachman of Breslov.  No previous attendance necessary, jump in anytime and watch one or more classes.  Participate live or watch later.

Tonight’s topics will include, B”H:

The Anatomy of Anxiety

What Fears and Desires Have in Common

Yishuv Hadaas: How to Achieve A Settled Mind

Scared of the Dark? Turn on the Light!

Two Kinds of Imagination—Your Choice
