Scroll down for the audio of the Wednesday, Jan. 8 Breslov lunchtime class at noon (NY time.) Please note: There were technical issues with the call-in program and there is a short time in the middle of silence. Because of this we are also missing a paragraph or two of the lesson, however the main points of the lesson and the takeaway ideas are all in there.
Next week’s class is scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 15, noon, topic TBA.

Your understanding heart is a place of great potential, the home of love and fear, the source of your personal redemption.
In this class we discuss how the blessing over bread of “al nitilas yadayim” can be a path for the assimilation of wisdom in the heart; why yira (awe/fear) is necessary to having full love of Hashem; prefected awe; how we rebuild the Beis Hamikdosh (the Holy Temple) with our G-dly awareness and awe; the deeper purpose of Binah; rectifying our mistakes; the mystical meaning of learning halacha; prophecy; and more.

We’ve been discussing the importance of managing our thoughts, but now we’ll discuss Rebbe Nachman’s teachings on the energy residing in our hearts.
In tonight’s Freedom from Fear class at BreslovCampus.org, we’ll explore aspects of fear, courage, and how to tap into the power of your heart. We can access this power with our sincere cries to Hasham.
Each of us has the potential to become a spiritual warrior. (LM II 46) Once we cry out to Hashem from the depths of our heart, we gain new strength. We’ll also explore some points from other Breslov texts, time permitting.
