TODAY:
Register here for the Half Day of Breslov Learning with the Carlebach Shul ZOOM event. Rabbi Chaim Kramer of BRI starts the day off at 11:30, then please join me at 12 noon (NY Time) for a 30 minute talk:
How to Get Along with People Who Disagree with You (Even Though They’re Wrong) 🙂
Based on Teachings from Rebbe Nachman of Breslov
Chaya Rivka Zwolinski, Director of BreslovWoman.org
Left. Right. For. Against. Yes. No. Today, it seems like every person you know has a fairly strong stance on political, health, and religious issues – and every one of them is sure their point of view is the right one. During this new normal of utter polarization, civil discourse is dead, and friendships are on the line—or already broken.
Is there anything we can do to stop the carnage? Can we save our friendships and other relationships? And is it worth it?
Rebbe Nachman of Breslov says “Yes!” He explains why it is necessary to have relationships with people who have different points of view than you. In fact, he says it’s a holy imperative.
In this chaotic time before the world-wide redemption, (when peace will finally break out around the globe), we have to ask: Should we fight or unite?
The stakes have never been higher.
Register here for the Half Day of Breslov Learning with the Carlebach Shul for Breslov Day Sunday, October 24th on ZOOM 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
