Did you know your head is a menorah?
Your intellectual power is the oil and your 2 eyes, 2 ears, 2 nostrils, and mouth are the 7 lamps. When you sanctify the 7 lamps of your menorah, you radiate light.
The Biur HaLikutim explains that when a person awakens herself to spirituality and sanctifies her physical senses and functions, she opens herself up to Divine grace and flow, bringing herself to a higher form of spiritual awareness and intellect.
The face of any menorah, including yours, shines in proportion to the amount of light its lamps radiate.
This video class is based on the teachings of Rebbe Nachman of Breslov and Anatomy of the Soul by Chaim Kramer.
This coming Wednesday is the 8th night of Chanukah, called “Zos Chanukah”, a day which Rebbe Nachman of Breslov explains is the joyous culmination of our avoda on Yom Kippur. In honor of Zos Chanukah, please join us in Brooklyn at 8:15 for a talk for women based on the teachings of Rebbe Nachman of Breslov.
We’ll be learning:
What the difference is between the Greek and Jewish worldview.
The deep root of the struggle between these two outlooks as revealed by Rebbe Nachman and Reb Nosson.
How this affects us today.

Chanukah is often a presented as a “not very important” holiday. Common wisdom has it that Chanukah only receives attention because it occurs in the same season as non-Jewish holidays.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
