BreslovWoman was founded by Chaya Rivka Zwolinski, the leading teacher of Rebbe Nachman of Breslov’s wisdom for women in North America. She brings compassion and a deep understanding of psychospiritual trauma, transition and growth to her coaching, lectures and workshops in community centers, synagogues, schools, and other venues, as well as online to students on six continents. You can find her classes on YouTube, WhatsApp, and Zoom as well as live and in person.
As the founding director of both BreslovWoman.org and BRI Women, she contributed to BRI (Breslov Research Institute) programs from 2011 to 2020, including teaching, leading trips for women to Jewish Ukraine, and much more. Her articles have appeared in many publications including Breslov.org, PsychCentral.com, TabletMag.com, etc., and she’s written, co-authored and edited several books including
May You Have a Day: Making Every Day Better with the Teachings of Rebbe Nachman of Breslov;
Mashiach: Hope for Turbulent Times;
The Three-Cornered Shoe: A Women’s Literary Journal;
Therapy Revolution: Find Help, Get Better and Move On (HCI);
The Parent Child Dance: A Guide to Help You Understand and Shape Your Child’s Behavior (Feldheim) and more.
She’s currently working on the second May You Have A Day, which offers accessible inspiration based on her popular WhatsApp daily mini-lessons as well as other projects.
Chaya Rivka in her own words: What do we want? To feel less pain and more optimism. To be happy and lead meaningful lives. This all requires healthy relationships. If we learn, share, and live his teachings, Rebbe Nachman gives us real, practical tools to improve all our relationships—with Hashem, with others, and with ourselves.
