Share The Remedy–We’re Giving Out FREE Interlinear Tikkun Haklalis

by

Dear Friends of BreslovWoman.org,

I’m so excited to share this beautiful mission with you.

When I first was asked to work on this important campaign, I immediately liked the idea–but when I actually saw the pocket-sized edition of this new Hebrew-English Tikkun Haklali, I knew I had to dedicate myself to making sure BRI Breslov is able to meet (or hopefully exceed) their goal of giving out 50,000 copies of this powerful prayer. This edition of Tikkun Haklali is interlinear, with a contemporary English translation by Yitzchok Bell (who translated Psalms That Speak to You.)

About the Remedy

For so many men and women, saying Tikkun Haklali has become the cornerstone of their return to a life of joy and connection. Why?

BRI’s Rebbe Nachman’s Tikkun, p.35, based on Likutei Moharan I:205 explains:

“The reason why it is necessary to recite [the] ten psalms is that there are ten kinds of song corresponding to the ten expressions of song and praise on which the book of Psalms is based… Each of these expressions has the power to nullify the power of [the force of impurity] because each of them is the direct opposite of [that force]. Ashrei, for example, is an expression for sight and vision, the opposite of the [force of impurity], whose main strength lies in damaging people’s vision… Similarly, Halleluyah, an expression of praise and joy…is the opposite of yelalah [the wailing of frustrated desire which stems from sadness]… They are Psalms numbers: 16, 32, 41, 42, 59, 77, 90, 105, 137, 150.”

You can learn more about Tikkun Haklali at Breslov.org with our books, articles, videos and podcasts. But SAYING IS BELIEVING. Once you’ve begun to say Rebbe Nachman’s Universal Remedy, you may notice subtle (and not-so-subtle) positive changes in your thoughts and feelings. But for many, the spiritual experience isn’t as much a feeling as it is a “doing.”
